Entangle
\nRank: Novice
\nPower Points: 2
\nRange: Smarts
\nDuration: Instant
\nSchool: Transmutation
\nTrappings: Vines, webs.
\n\nEntangle restrains a target with ice, bands of energy, vines, disembodied hands, etc. If cast successfully,\n the target is Entangled (or Bound with a raise on the arcane skill roll).\n
\n\n Victims may try to break free on their turn as detailed under Bound & Entangled (see\n Pathfinder for Savage Worlds and @UUID[Compendium.swpf-apg.swpf-apg-rules.JournalEntry.swpfapg001savage.JournalEntryPage.01updatedrules00]{Updated Rules}, Hardness 8). Due to the nature of this power, the victim can ignore the restriction of attempting to break free once.\n
